Project Student management services
Partnering from day one to day one thousand
Our process will begin with an in-depth consultation on a prospective scheme or an existing operating scheme, where we will discuss your expectations, projected costs along with income and add value services. Our operational team are experts in the market and can provide forward thinking ideas to new schemes or reinvigorate existing developments.
Pre-operational Advisor
Offering expertise in the sector, we will provide guidance on the design phase to ensure the scheme is student friendly and works from both a residents and operational function.
Mobilisation
These services are essentially design and specification advisory plus management of all pre-start matters of mobilisation and commercialisation of the property including management of the pre- start budgets set in the project underwriting.
Full Operational Services
Where Project Student will manage all aspects of the daily activity of the property under the Project Student brand, including taking care of room leasing, elevated student experience, staffing, procurement, maintenance, compliance with legislation, budgeting and reporting.
